Remember there is stillness inside all of us, we just need to have the tools to become aware of it. This stillness inevitably connects us all as it is one of the most powerful energy sources that brings us all together.
So the next time you get a minute, just stop feel your feet on the ground underneath you and check in with the flow of your breath. I find one of the best ways to this is out in nature, so stand next to a tree and just watch it for a moment, be there with it. Observe how still the tree is and how completely in the present moment it is. For a better word, the tree trunk, leaves etc are always in the present moment just like your body, it is only your mind that is not.
